I have over 30 years of experience in building and inspecting homes.

I started out building single family homes with my brothers, worked with that for 10 years, then went to work for the City of Eden in the engineering department, which lead me to the inspection department. While with the inspection department, I received level 3(highest level) in Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical inspections certificates. I worked there for 20 years during which time I got my Home Inspector License. I retired in 2005 from the city and do Home Inspections full time.

I have been a licensed Home Inspector since May of 2003 performing over 500 inspections.

I thoroughly inspect all phases of the building. I also do Radon Inspection thru HomeGauge and AirChek.

I cover most of North Central NC and South Central Virginia.
